Senior Leaders
John and Catherine Bagley are the Senior Leaders and Founders of Redemption Church, Sparks.
With a rich heritage in ministry for over 24 years, their passion is to see cultural transformation and lives impacted by the goodness of God. Their story is one of the redeeming power of our faithful Father and they have made it their mission through Redemption Church to see lives and dreams restored.
Their message is simple: the story that the Father is writing is good! Sometimes it may seem otherwise but that simply means He is not done yet.
John and Catherine have three wonderful boys — Grant, JohnBentley, and Asher — and are proud to call Adel, Georgia, home.
Matt + Nicole Smith
Worship Pastor/Children’s Pastor
Matt, our Worship Pastor, and his wife Nicole, our Children’s Pastor, have served alongside the Bagley family for over 12 years. In 2015, God called the Smith family to the city of Sparks to continue ministry through Redemption Church.
Matt’s passion is to lead and cultivate the heart of Davidic worship within the body of Christ. His talents can be heard through his unique ability to put the message of Redemption into his music.
Nicole serves the children of Redemption and her passion is to enable them to walk in the path of their God-given destiny.
Matt and Nicole are most proud of the harmony of their marriage and beautiful children — Judah and Ava — and are honored to call Adel, GA, home.
